Chaotic Good Jewelry Co.

About

“Hi, I’m Juniper Chaos!”

“But you can call me Juni. 🤗 I'm a queer Baltimore-based artist and small business owner, and I make everything in my shop by hand in my home studio. I founded Chaotic Good Jewelry Co. in 2019 after graduating from art school and feeling disenchanted by corporate America (yet bewitched by resin's versatility) and started out with just a few DIY molds and a few pairs my signature resin vampire fang earrings. Over the years, I've expanded my business into multiple on and off-body product categories, and have curated my female rage into a recognizable and ironic kidcore aesthetic, often incorporating my own poetry using plastic letter beads. 🔮🐛🍓 When I'm not in my studio or vending at a craft market, you can find me playing Sims, taking care of my houseplant collection, visiting my twin sister, or adding to my Rainbow High doll collection! 🎱🧸🪁”

Juni is a New York-raised artist, currently residing in Baltimore with her partner and two cats. A Maryland Institute College of Art graduate with a major in Fiber and a concentration in Experimental Fashion Design, Juni has always been enamored by the uncanny underbelly to the everyday. She communicates the dark and heavy narratives omnipresent in her work through vibrant colors, poetry, and strange materials, giving in to her own weird teen queen television-obsessed adolescence’s escapist tendencies. You can usually find Juni in front of a screen of some variety, marveling and taking notes behind big glasses and something pink. She grew up in the town that inspired Turf War, and draws on it frequently for inspiration. Although it would be trope-worthy, she could never pull off switching places with her twin sister.
